Public & Education Programs

Public speaking and education programs are a cornerstone of our efforts to engage audiences in a dialogue about the power of art and music to unite humanity. Our work includes:

  • Bullets to Books. Screening of the Bullets to Books short documentary and music video and presentation about the mission of changing minds from bullets to books to bring peace and unity through education and culture.
  • Education Programs offering virtual and on location workshops that explore issues of oppression and response through creative expression, including writing, visual art, music, and digital/video techniques.
  • Multimedia Program presenting an overview of  the Project and featuring stories of the Kulturbund and current-day artists
  • A Musical Evening presenting an overview of the Project and cabaret-style performance of songs relevant to the Kulturbund
  • Remembering the Jews of Greece. Ladino music performance and storytelling performed by Sarah Aroeste (vocalist), Shai Bachar (pianist), and Ellie Faleris Ganelin (flutist), founder of the Greek Chamber Music Project
  • 3 Frames / By Me. A performance journey across perspectives of memory, into a legacy of a family’s  “undiscussed” frames on class, caste, race, and challenges of ‘otherness’.
