We want to share with you a video about our work at Andy’s Summer Playhouse for the Greenhouse Initiative of Hannah’s Dance in June 2019. This was a devising workshop to discover with kids a way to create vignettes using movement and dance to tell some of the stories about Hannah Kroner, the dancer/choreographer of the Kulturbund. The selection of vignettes bookend the larger story we plan to develop, the re-recreation of the last dance of the Kulturbund. We intend to use this work with the kids in developing a professional-level production of Hannah’s Dance, The Last Dance of the Kulturbund.
We will be going back to Andy’s next summer to work on an expanded production that we started with them this past summer.
