Highlights of the “Connecting Classroom” pilot

Please see The Jüdische Kulturbund Project’s “Connecting Classrooms” highlight video, which presents our pilot held via Skype on May 22, 2017. Participants are from Hagfors, Sweden; Kigali, Rwanda, and Washington, DC and Ithaca, NY in the United States.  Connecting Classrooms is part of our education program initiative to connect kids and teachers around the world.

Participants included:
Patrick Kiruhura, Founder and students of Root Foundation; and Yves Banta, Marketing Technology Consultant, Kigali, Rwanda.

Tina Bergenbrink, Principal of Kulturskolan and Head of Culture; Simon Torsell Lerin, Art; Asad Buda, artist, philosopher, and writer; and students at the Kulturskolan at Hagfors Kommun in Hagfors, Sweden.

Samite Munro, Founder and Musician, and Stacey Murphy, Director of Development, Musicians for World Harmony, Ithaca, New York, USA.

The workshop pilot was led by:
